Cancellation Policy

All reservations made on this website hotelfloridapark.com have free cancellation up to 48 hours before the date of arrival.

All reservations canceled 2 days or less before the arrival date, you will be charged the first night of your stay (understanding that the day starts at 00:01 midnight).

Reservations that are not presented or canceled, will have a penalty of 100% of the cost of the reservation.

Can I pay before arrival? What are the advantages?

You can prepay at any time up to two days before your arrival by requesting it from reservas@hotelfloridapark.com. You will receive a fully secure link to our bank to pay with your credit card. The conditions of your reservation will remain unchanged and if you cancel within the free conditions, you will be refunded. By paying this way, you will avoid using the pin pad at the reception payment terminal. In addition, you will speed up the registration process and receive a welcome gift.

Do I have to pay when I arrive?

Unless stated in your reservation, you must pay on arrival during check in, or you can advance payment as described in the previous point, benefiting from the advantages of doing so.

You can check in at any time at the hotel

We are open 24/7. Your booked room will be available from 15:00 at the latest. Earlier check-in is possible if the room is available.

Can I pre-register at the hotel?

You can complete the Pre-Arrival Form from this very moment (up to one hour before arrival) and help us to have all the information ready for a quick check-in at the reception on the day of arrival.

When do I have to leave the room?

The reserved room is available until 10:00 on the agreed day of departure. We can offer a late check-out until 18:00. This service will have an extra charge per room. This offer is based on hotel availability. If you are interested, ask directly at the reception.

Pools

Decent clothing and correct behavior are required. Anyone who does not meet these conditions can be immediately excluded.

For reasons of hygiene and cleanliness, the mandatory swimwear for everyone in the establishment is a clean one- or two-piece swimsuit and only for bathroom use.

This lycra swimsuit covers at least the part between the upper thighs and the waist and at most the part located above the knees and above the elbows. In the latter case it will necessarily be a one-piece swimsuit.
